About the Journal

The journal Bulletin of the law faculty, Southern federal university is a scientific and practical legal journal devoted to the fundamental problems of the theory of law, the effectiveness of law enforcement and the improvement of the legislative process.

The purpose of the journal is to increase the level of legal science, as well as to create a discussion platform for analysis and coverage of the latest achievements of legal science, a free exchange of views through the publication of relevant scientific materials.

Main goals:

- stimulation of scientific discussions;

- publication of materials on the most pressing issues of law; - increasing the credibility and role of the legal profession in the life of Russian society;

- participation in the expansion of cooperation between domestic and foreign legal scholars and teachers;

- involvement of young scientists and teachers in the scientific life and professional community.

Target audience: scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, practicing lawyers, civil servants and all who are interested in legal topics.
